On your arrival day, eligible guests will receive an email with the check-in instructions, which will include a link explaining the steps to complete in order to claim the promotion.

All steps must be completed before 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day for the passes to be placed in your apartment.

If the process is not completed in time, the passes will be delivered the following day.
