ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
CHECK-IN STARTS AFTER 4:00 PM

On the day of your arrival, before noon, you will receive a welcome message with both access codes valid for the duration of your stay. The first code is for entering the building and must be dialed on the intercom at the front of the building and the second code is for opening the door of your unit. Access codes are valid from 4 p.m., check-in time, until 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. To this end, you will find the departure instructions further down this page.

The welcome message includes several pieces of information such as codes to connect to the WIFI and the best ways to communicate with our team. In the apartment itself, you will find a poster with additional information.

RULES OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
By booking with us, you have confirmed that you will comply with the rules of the establishment:

No parties or evenings are tolerated, please be discreet after 10:00 p.m.

Only guests registered in the reservation have access to the unit and it is forbidden to share the entry code with anyone.

For everyone's safety, do not let anyone enter the building and make sure the front door is securely locked.

No pets & smoking allowed in the building. Please keep more than 9 meters away from the front door.

No illegal activity is tolerated.
-
It is forbidden to bring bicycles into the apartments.
PENALTY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH RULES

Our rules exist because breaking them can impact other guests' experiences or the venue. In some situations, we have alternatives, so please contact us to discuss.

A fee of $250.00 will be charged to your security deposit if any of these rules are not followed.
POLICIES

STANDARD CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

5 days or more before booking: Free cancellation.

Less than 5 days before arrival: Reimbursement equivalent to 50% of the cost of the stay.

Less than 24 hours before arrival: No refund. Call us to discuss the situation.
NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Applicable on non-refundable rates

Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-cancellable regardless of the reason for your cancellation.

The total amount of the stay is charged upon receipt of the reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card on the day of your arrival.

If you have respected the rules as well as the environment, this security deposit will be fully released after the inspection of the premises. Please note that we have no control over the processing times of financial institutions.

If breakages have occurred, charges equivalent to the cost of repairs or replacement of the damaged items will be charged to the card on file.
MODIFICATION OR REDUCTION OF THE DURATION OF STAY

Any changes or reductions to your stay must be made before the cancellation conditions for your stay begin. Contact us to discuss the situation.

Our establishment has a limited number of parking spaces available for rent via a private link sent in the reservation confirmation email. The indoor parking is located in the building next door. First booked, first served.

We recommend using the PARKOPEDIA app to find the best location for you.

Street parking is available on weekdays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and on weekends at all times. Read the information signs on the streets carefully, some places are prohibited from parking at all times and others have restrictions.

In winter, always check to see if street lights are flashing red during or after a snowstorm. If they are flashing red, a snow operation is taking place and parking on the streets is prohibited.
DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
CHECK-OUT MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE 11:00 AM

Group dirty towels together in the shower or bath.

Dispose of your waste in sealed bags in the chute located in the trash area available near the elevator. Follow the signs in the hallway.

Empty the recycling bin into the blue bins in this same space.

Disconnect your accounts on television (netflix, prime, etc.)

Start the dishwasher before leaving if it has not yet been cleaned and/or emptied.

If in operation, reset the air conditioning to 23 degrees.

Close the apartment windows if you have opened them.
-
Turn off the lights in the apartment.

Lock the door after you leave by pressing the padlock at the bottom right of the smart lock.
