STANDARD POLICY *
PAIEMENT

50% of the payment will be collected on the credit card registered at the moment of booking five (5) days before check-in. The balance will be collected 24h before check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY

5 days or more before the booking: Free cancellation.

Less than 5 days before arrival: Refund equivalent to 50% of the costs of the entire stay

24 hours before arrival: No refund
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of $ 500.00 will be taken from the credit card on the day of your arrival.

If you have respected the rules as well as the environment, this security deposit will be fully released after the inspection of the site.
