ESTABLISHMENT RULES

By booking with us you have confirmed that you will abide by the house rules:


► No parties are tolerated, be discreet after 10:00 p.m.
► Only customers registered in the reservation have access to the unit and it is forbidden to share the entry code with anyone.
► For everyone's safety, do not let anyone enter the building, and make sure the building's front door is locked behind you.
► No animals & no smoking in the unit and the entrance. Please go more than 9 meters from the front door.
► No illegal activity is tolerated.
► It is forbidden to bring bicycles into the apartments.

PENALTY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

► Our rules exist because non-compliance can have consequences on the experience of other customers or on the premises. In some situations, we have alternatives, so please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss them.

► If breakages occur, a fee equivalent to the cost of repairs or replacement of the damaged items will be charged to the card on file.

► You will be charged a $250.00 fee on the security deposit if any of these rules are not followed. 

POLICIES FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS

STANDARD CANCELATION POLICY

► 5 days or more before booking: Free cancellation.

► Less than 5 days before arrival: Refund equivalent to 50% of the costs of the stay.

► Less than 24 hours before arrival: No refund. Call us to discuss the situation

NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELATION POLICY

APPLICABLE ON NON-REFUNDABLE RATES

 

► Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-cancellable regardless of the reason for your cancellation.

► The total amount of the stay is charged upon receipt of the reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT 

► A security deposit of $500.00 will be taken from the credit card on the day of your arrival.

► If you have complied with the rules and the environment, this security deposit will be fully released after the inspection of the unit. Note that we do not have control over the processing times of financial institutions.

► If breakages occur, a fee equivalent to the cost of repairs or replacement of the damaged items will be charged to the card on file.

MODIFICATION OR REDUCTION OF THE LENGHT OF STAY 

► Any modification or reduction of your stay must be made before the start of the cancellation conditions for your stay. Contact us to discuss the situation.

 PARKING OPTIONS 

 


► Out establishment does not have parking, but many options are available near-by.

► We recommend using the application PARKOPEDIA to find the best location for you.
► Street parking is available weekdays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and weekends at all times. Carefully read the information signs in the streets, some places are prohibited from parking at all times and some have restrictions.

► During winter, always check if the street lights are flashing red during or after a snowstorm. If they are flashing red, it is because a snow operation will take place and parking in the streets in forbidden.

CHECK-OUT

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE 11h am 

Please advise our team on your check-out time to help us coordinate our work

► Regroup dirty towels in the shower or bath.

► Dispose of your garbage in well-sealed bags in the chute located in the trash space available near the elevator. Follow the signs in hallway.

► Empty the recycling bin in the blue containers in this same space.

► Disconnect your accounts on the television (Netflix, Prime, etc.)

► Start the dishwasher before you leave if it has not yet been cleaned and/or emptied.

► If in function, put the A/C back to 23 degrees

► Close the windows in the apartment if you have opened them.

► Turn off the lights in the unit.

► Lock the door after you leave by pressing the padlock on the bottom right on the smart lock.
